You must be 18 years of age or older and duly authorized by the telephone account owner to make changes to and incur charges on the telephone account provided. MyEmailDefender offers three plans: 1) The Standard Plan allows e-mail users to take advantage of a web mail account that includes one e-mail address, 100MB e-mail storage and spam filtering every month for only $13.41; 2) The Premium Plan allows e-mail users to take advantage of a web mail account that includes one e-mail address, 250MB e-mail storage, spam filtering, address book entry auto-complete, and spell checking every month for only $15.41; and 3) The Ultima Plan which allows e-mail users to take advantage of a web mail account that includes one e-mail address, 500MB e-mail storage, spam filtering, address book entry auto-complete, spell checking, black-listing, vacation auto-reply, and POP, IMAP and SMTP every month for only $19.41. Although MyEmailDefender is not affiliated with your local telephone company, the monthly recurring charges for the plan you select will appear on your local telephone bill in the ESBI portion of your bill and will be billed on behalf of MyEmailDefender, Inc. You will continue to receive the monthly recurring charges on your local telephone bill until you cancel the plan. Rates do not include any government-mandated taxes or fees that may apply. A billing fee of up to $5.95 will apply on your monthly local telephone bill. You should receive a welcome e-mail confirming your enrollment in the plan you selected within 72 hours of sign-up. You have the right to dispute the MyEmailDefender charges billed to your local telephone bill, and you are not legally responsible for MyEmailDefender charges incurred by minors or vulnerable adults without your consent. Your local telephone service will not be disconnected because you fail to pay a charge billed by MyEmailDefender, except that non-payment of certain regulated telecommunication charges may result in disconnection of service in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, South Carolina and Tennessee. MyEmailDefender may employ other agencies to collect delinquent charges, even if your local phone company has previously adjusted them from your telephone bill. Customer Service is important to us!
